A Seniors Real Estate Specialist®
Irina holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, granted by the National Association of REALTORS® and taught in Canada through the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). The training focuses on clients aged 50 and over: housing options and life transitions, reverse mortgages and home equity lines of credit, how pensions, RRSPs, RRIFs and Old Age Security fit into a move, adapting a home to age in place, estate planning, and recognizing scams that target older homeowners.
